Return & Exchange Policy

At Stacy Bradley Design, we take pride in every piece we create, from our hand-crafted denim jackets and silk tunics to our hats, tote bags, and accessories. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be returned in great or unused condition, as determined at the sole discretion of the business owner.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Approval of all returns is subject to inspection upon receipt.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at Info@StacyBradleyDesign.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized, custom, or special-order items

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered for items that are defective or damaged, subject to availability and inspection. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return request process above.

  2. Once the original item is received and approved, we will assist with the exchange if available.

Approval of exchanges is at the discretion of the business owner.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet condition requirements.

Damage or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@StacyBradleyDesign.com so we can review and assist.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
